I have also gone through the same issue and I have found some exercises that can tighten the eyelids very effectively. So, if you also want to get rid of this issue then you can try the below exercises:
Exercise 1: Eyebrow Lifting
You can try eyebrow lifting exercise to tighten your eyelids. For this, you need to place your index finger beneath your eyebrows directly and then you have to press upward lift the eyebrows towards the forehead. Moreover, you need to close the eyelids while maintaining upward pressure simultaneously. The stretch given to the eyelids will be felt in the eyelids and then hold the contraction for some few seconds and then release it.
Exercise 2: Wide Open
For tightening your eyelids, you need toile in the bed and put your head over the side hanging slightly. Doing so, the blood will increase in the head which will bring some important nutrient and oxygen for cell health. You can after that, rinse the eyebrows as far as you can open your eyes widely. After this, you have to wait for some more time while staying in the same position and after that, you need to sit relax. Try to apply this exercise 10 times a day for better results.
Exercise 3: Reverse Eyelid Lift
In order to perform this exercise, you have to place your index finger on eyebrow and then press gently places your fingers downward. Now you need to lift your eyebrows to upward direction while continuing the above step. This exercise will help you strengthen the upper eyelids along with the muscle around the eye.
