Will a lower blepharoplasty help get rid of the wrinkles and loose, crepey skin under my eyes?

While performing the blepharoplasty procedure, when the skin is removed then some of the redundant skin will be removed. However, if there is so much skin that is removed then all the lower eyelid wrinkles are smoothed out.  Also, it will help down on the lower eyelids.

But when it comes to creepiness, it is obviously not a proper medical term used but in most people’s language, it is referred to extremely thin and fine lines that are the product of sun damaged and dry skin. These eyelid problems with the underlying properties of skin cannot be completely corrected.
